can not save jpg pics

I am so sick right now and really going to shoot or smash my pc into pieces!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did clear internet cache and everything and it only lets me save as BMP or ART!!!!!!

Well option one was a flop......Then in option two when I got to Downloaded Program files instead of having that nice long list with all the active X, and files which were shown in the example I had 2 (TWO) files,
DBSCANONLINE and SHOCKWAVE FLASH OBJECT.

I'm sure I have the programs you mentioned in the example as I can remember getting error messages advising me to install, which I have.

This is Vista Business (32 bit) if that helps.
