Unable to print webpages

I have a user who is unable to print web pages as well as emails. Test Pages, Word and Notepad print fine.

We are using ie6 sp2 and MS Outlook 2003 pro.

The problem printing web pages: It prints page # (top right ), the date (bottom right), and a file location i.e., file://C:\WINDOWS\Temp\3471R60X.htm (bottomleft) the rest of the page is blank.

The problem with e-mail: It prints From:, Sent:, To:, Subject: and nothing else

What I’ve done so far: reinstalled ie6, upgraded to ie7, reinstalled the printer, I’ve have also compared the settings between this pc and one with no problems and nothing appears different

try deleting the files and cookies in the temporary internet folder.
