I tried your 5 step rehab program, in the step where you point people to Panda antivirus free online check, I just came back and found it done, only 1 infection found, then you read a couple lines further, the paid version found 39 moreinfections that you cannot delete unless you pay for their program, you know what, I will never buy anything from a creep site like that, nice goin guys, send me to another spammer why don't you.....

As eneles has said, and as we say in our instructions,

Do not pay. It's a way for us to ID what needs be removed in the course of a fix. The log from the scan gives us that information.
