You can do it manually or you can use a Temp file cleaner:
Clean TEMP files Click Here to download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. Save it to your Desktop. Go to your desktop and double click on ATF-Cleaner.exe. Main Under Main. Click Select All, then click Empty and here is how to do it maullay in IE: Click Start => Control Panel => open Internet Options. On the General tab, click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files. select the Delete all offline content check box , and then click OK. Click OK. |
