Stop F4 Error while using Explorer

I hope that some one out there can help me with my problem. Starting on Saturday I started getting a STOP F4 Error every time I try to surf with explorer. I can usually get my start page to load, and them one more page to load before my whole computer crashes. This only happens in Explorer. I have Mozilla on my computer also and it is working fine, but my work web site can only be viewed with explorer.
Here is a list of everything I have tried to fix the problem:
System Restore too two weeks ago.
Ran Ad-aware and Spy-bot
Ran AVG anti virus
I have removed Explorer from the control page and then reinstaled
I have upgraded from 6 to 7 and I have even tried the Beta8 versions of Explorer
I have run Windows File Protection

Another clue to this problem may be that when I go to Delete Cookies, and Temp Files I can usually do one (for example delete cookies) then when I start the other (delete temp files) my computer crashes and vise versa.
I also tried to defrag and about twenty minutes in it crashed.

All of my other programs are working fine

I am so confused

Re: Stop F4 Error while using Explorer

Thanks for Replying!
I was able to reset my explorer settings, but when I used the AFT cleaner I got the blue screne again. This time it was a STOP 77 Error and at the top of the page it said
KNERNE_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

Re: Stop F4 Error while using Explorer

More Clues!!
I started my computer is safe mode, and it created an administrator account, in this account explorer worked fine. So I decided to see if I created another user account on my computer (not in safe mode) to see if explorer would work in it. When I went to add account I found that there was an account in there that I had never made and I had no idea what it was. It did not show up on my log on page when I started my computer. I immediately deleted the account. Then I created my self a limited account and explorer works fine in my new account. It still crashes when I am in my original account.

When I started reading up on F4 errors I found info that said that these errors can occur when you have a master and slave hard drive and they are not configured correctly. I have a lap top with only one hard drive, so I assumed that this was not the cause of the error.
Could some one have hacked my computer and tried to slave my hard drive?? and screwed it up in the process???
