[SOLVED] IE7 won't display enabled add-ons???

Hi,
I have IE7 loaded and a google toolbar and crawler toolbar loaded as add-ons. It was all working fine untill this morning when I restarted my computer. Then neither of my toolbars would show in explorer. The programs are still listed in the manage add-on section and are listed as enabled. They also work in other browsers. But for some reason not in Explorer.

I have XP as my OS and already tried to reinstall IE. But when I go in the toolbars and right-click, I don't get the option to choose my added toolbars to view.
