IE7 SP2 cannot display webpage

Hi,

I'm getting "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when trying to connect to https sites by the looks of it. Same in Firefox too.
I've Reset Internet Explorer settings, and tried it with Windows Firewall disabled.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Re: IE7 SP2 cannot display webpage

Ok, did as you suggested, does not appear to have made any difference.
