Watching Streaming video

I just rebuilt my computer and everything is going great but after the rebuild my IE keeps crashing when I watch Lost on abc.com. I trying reinstalling IE 7 and Firefox. That didn't work. Does any one have any ideas.

Do you ahve the same problem in firefox?

What version of Java do you have?

I installed all the plugins you suggested and I have the most up to date version of java but I was still having the problem. I think the problem is my CPU is too slow. I have old pentium 4 2.8 ghz. When Im watching lost at abc.com I checked the task manager and my CPU is running at 100%. I'm guessing that is the problem. I do have 2gb of ram so that should be fine. Unless you have any other ideas, I just going to give up on it.
