IE7 Not Responding

Hello, since I downloaded IE7 I use it for about 2-3 minutes then my mouse will turn into an hourglass and in the blue bar at the top it says (Not Responding). I haven't tried anything yet, should I uninstall IE7?

Please help! It's very irritating.
