annoying "click" sound in IE7
I just got a brand new lenovo with xp pro and IE7. On my old laptop I was able to turn off that annoying "click" sound you hear like 3 times every time you click on a link, but I can't find the setting to do that on this one. Does anyone know if you can turn that sound off in IE7 and how to do it?

Re: annoying "click" sound in IE7
Click Start => => Control Panel > Sounds and Audio devices
Click the 'sounds' tab. In the window, scroll down to 'Windows Explorer' and in the sub menu, highlight 'Start navigation' Pull down the drop down box below, where it currently says 'Start' or 'Windows Start' and choose '(none)' instead. Click 'Apply', then click OK, and close the Control Panel. |
