[SOLVED] Internet Explorer Not Working [Moved from XP]

I start IE7. It works for few minutes then this note appears:

ieexplore.exe - Application Error:

The instruction at "0x5a5c1e27" referenced memory at "0x00000003". The
memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Also happens with NFS Carbon, Ad-Watch and sometimes with some other applications. I enlarged my page file (some people told me to do so) but it did not help. What is the problem? (I have 2GB RAM so RAM shouldn't be the problem). Please help.
