IE 7 Home Page Issue

Using IE 7 as my browser and was using www.msn.com as my homepage. For some reason, when I now open IE7, my home page has been switched to dell.myway.com and I can't get it changed. I try to change the home page through tools, internet options with not success. I tried to change it to the default home page with no success. I was on the Dell support page the other day, but to my knowledge, I did nothing to change my home page. Is this an IE 7 issue or a Dell issue? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

What security programs are installed on the system? Some programs protect from the homepage being changed as a security measure.

Norton Internet Security and the Windows firewall is turned on. Norton security updates are current. Problem started after I downloaded the Windows Installer Utility last Wednesday.
