[SOLVED] Pages Don't refresh

I'm sure this is an option in IE but i can't find it - I'm running IE7.

When visiting this forum I clicked Vista Support and saw that no one had posted in my topic that I started at lunch time - infact no body had posted in the last 3 hours.

I hit F5 and it shows the truth - Lots and lots of posts.

I scroll down and find my topic - 8 posts. I click it and it opens the topic but only my original post. Press F5 and I can see all the posts.

I take it this is due to caches pages - How do I stop IE using them so much? Do I need them at all on a Broadband Connection?

Re: Pages Don't refresh

This is not in one session. I am talking about coming back 2 days later and I have to refresh my browser.

I have this page bookmarked it looked like nobody had posted when it first loaded. Then I press F5 and I can see your post. Its like it is loading from my PC's memory and not requesting the information until I manually refresh.

My other PC doesn't work in that way,
