This page cannot be displayed

My computer knowledge is about a 3 out of 10 being the most knowlegable. I just got a Dell Latitude laptop. When I try log in for my on line banking the first screen is where I enter my User Name. I then hit GO to get to the next screen but I get "The page cannot be displayed". At the very bottom of my screen it shows the explorer symbol and in the box it says Cannot find server.
Please Help...Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Do you only have this problem with one site or all sites?
