Hotmail Links Broken

I'm running xp and ie6 and hotmail. When I receive a message and it has a link to a new url, the address highlights and I get a flash of the hour glass and nothing happens. If I highlight the url and try open in anew window I get this in the address window: javascript:OpenWin('http://65.54.246.250:80/cgi-bin/linkrd?_lang=EN&lah=2b95123a6d02fdb5709b42f937ece7c6&lat=1099915617&hm___action=http%253a%252f%252fwww%252etechsupportforum%252ecom%252fregister%252ephp%253fa%253dact%2526u%253d27114%2526i%253d51723648');and a message saying this page cnnot be displayed or is unavailable. I get no help from IE, MS, or Hotmail support. I have uninstalled IE and reinstalled. If I forward the message to Yahoo Mail everything works OK.

Did you try viewing hotmail from a different browser? Also, what is your homepage set to in IE?
