Common fixes
In this thread you will find common fixes for Internet explore, please read though the instructions carefully.
If you have a fix for Internet explore that you would like to submit please send me a PM, with the fix, and I will add it in. Click here to send me a PM. As you can see below there are two diffrent colours for the fixes Purple and Green. The Purple color is used for common fixes, basically to fix any errors, they can be tried if any problem occurs and often solves most problems. The Green colour is used for a specific error.

If you have spybot installed:
Disable Spybot's Tea Timer

Fix Runonce error
Fix runonce Internet Explore (Windows XP PRO only)
Using the left hand pane, navigate as follows:
============================================ Registry Fix Click Start => Run => type in Notepad, press Ok. Please copy everything from the quote below into Notepad Quote:

Register DLL files
Manual way: Click Start => Run and copy and paste the following line into the run box: regsvr32 urlmon.dll, press OK. Once it is copmpleted you will get this message DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded, repeat the above steps, but replace regsvr32 urlmon.dll with:
Automatic fix: Click Here to download IEdll.zip. Save it to your desktop. Right click on IEdll.zip click on Extract all. Go to the extracted files and double click on IEdll.bat Follow the prompts.
