History IE7 SP2

Having a problem that is a bit odd and I can't seem to find any information about anywhere. Hope someone can help!

When I bring up the history (that comes up as a small window) it isn't showing all the websites that I have visited (ie I know I visited loads last week and only 1 website is showing)

1. Does anyone know why that would be and how I can fix it?

2. Could a list of sites be available somewhere else as I am looking for a website which I can't find that I was on a few days ago?

Hello and welcome to TSF

Open IE, on the menu bar click Tools => Internet options, under the tab General, under browseing histroy click Settings, for Sleect disc space to use set it too 200mb and for history set it to 20 days
