How can I stop the start bar from dissapearing during full screen mode on IE7?
The title basically says it all... I would like to know how to not dissapear, and what I can do to reverse that. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to TSF
 If you open it up in full screen mode there is not a way to make the taskbar showm or otherwise that would defeat the purpose of having Full screen
