Streaming Webcam

I often watch a live webcam from my old home town in the UK,but since changing to Vista Home premium,I have been unable to view the image. The IT staff at the site have been unable to help me solve the problem.
The site uses CamImageClass, and if I go to TOOLS ,Manage Addons[in IE7],it says CamImage Class is enabled, but i still get no Picture.
The webcam site is http://www.digitalmaidstone.co.uk/sy...web_cam.aspx.I miss this site a lot,as before talking to friends and family in Maidstone on Skype,I like to check the Webcam for the weather,
Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards,Ken Mitchell

Re: Streaming Webcam

Do you have these problems in any other browsers? Please try one of the below (both are free):

Firefox
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Opera
http://www.opera.com/

Have tried Firefox, but still no picture, even after clicking reload.I have found another site that uses CamImageClass ,and that works OK,both on IE and Firefox. In IE, I am asked if i want to load the ActiveX control, click OK,appears on AddOns as enabled ,but still no picture,.I will try Opera now.

No joy with Opera either!

I am useing NOD 32 as my antivirus[have used for over a year with no problems]
I have Windows defender disabled.
Windows firewall is on,but set to notify me if a program is blocked,
Digital Maidstone is set as a Trusted Site in Internet Properties,
At no time do I get any alerts to say anything has been blocked, the Maidstone site loads OK but without the webcam picture.
