[SOLVED] problem when i close IE7, please help!!!!

I have installed IE7 in my computer that using winxp sp2. when i close the internet explorer it always have a problem. the problem is:
Interet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Then i click Don't Send. After that it show another message error : (The Instruction at "0x0373418e" referenced memory at "0x02b0c8c0". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program).

who know how fix it please help me !!!!

Hello and welcome to TSF

Do you get the same problem by doing this:

Click Start, All programs, Accessories, System tools and click on Internet Explore (No Addons)

that is not meant to fix the error, it is meant to see if you still have the same problem running with no add-ons, and do you ahve the same problem
