[SOLVED] MSIE links are opening in Firefox and I don't want them to
When I click on the Home button, try to go to anything in the address bar etc. in MSIE it opens it in Firefox. I know this is the opposite of what many talk about but I want to keep MSIE in MSIE when I need to use it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I can't figure what I did before this started happening but it was working normally for a while.
It's on a relatively new install of XP SP2 with IE 7, current Windows updates and the latest Firefox. Edit: FF is my default browser which is what I want. I just don't want MSIE stuff to strangely open up in FF. Thanks for any help. Jeff Last edited by lemonflavor; 01-29-2008 at 09:28 PM. |

Re: MSIE links are opening in Firefox and I don't want them to
Never mind I see what's happening now. I was using an IE window that was already spawned from within FF. Then when opening links from that IE window it would go back to FF. So I need to open IE by itself from "without" FF to use it as normal. Sorry for the trouble.
