HELP PLEASE! IE wont let me access my site!

Hi...I really hope this is the right place to put this...i need help and I'm not sure where to go. Basically Im at school and using my apartment complex's wireless internet. I manage an e-commerce website from here called ijerseys.net and i have been able to get to the website since ive been here with no problems...but suddenly today it wont let me access any www.ijerseys.net page, I cant even use my email via outlook (which comes from the ijerseys server). When i try to go to the site I get the plain "cannot display page". I even restored my computer to its factory settings so Im guessing its a network problem...

(I get this message)
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

So basically im desperate...I really need to be able to access my site! If anybody knows what I can do, or where I can go for help that would be amazing. If you could email me at that would be amazing too! thank you so much for any help given.
