Internet just blank page

The last day or two, whenever I use IE (I usually use Mozilla), it never loads, just stays a white page like it's about to loae. And often times, IE won't respond, even when I try to close it or press control alt delete.
I ran an anti virus and it said I didn't have anything.
Any suggestions?
I use Vista if that is any help at all.

Hello and welcome to TSF

Click Start => all Programs => Accessories => system Tools => Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

Do you still have the same problem?
