Closing IE. Help

I rarely use internet explorer but since my FF is messing up I used it and when I exited it this came up. Acrobat IEHelper: IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00ed1ea8" referenced memory at "0x00ed1ea8". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program
Here is a picture also. Any ideas on whats happening. thanks much appreciated

What is IEhelper? was it somthing you installed?
