Is there away to change the IP Address?

Is there away to change the Internet IP Address? Someone is using my IP Address to do voting in a game, and I dislike it because I am do not getting any credits for it. Is there away to stop people from using my IP Address? I tried virus scans, and it didnt pick up any virus. Please help me.

Contact your ISP and they can change it.
