Huge Problems

im using a second computer to write this.
As soon as i log on my computer i get the errior " Windows application error" with the code "0xfffffffff" in it and something like "0x7c82f583" .... and then it says "error, no internet pages are open" or something along those lines and i hit ok twice and i cant open a internet page and i also get popups and ive lost my desktop background and limepro keeps opening ....

This is serious....I dont know much about computers so keep it simple and PLEASE help

Oh! and i cant open any protection any more, eg zone alarm....and it randomly shuts my computer down reguraly, help :(

Hello and welcome to TSF

Please print out these steps go to your infected computer and follow the steps, you can skip step 2,3 and 4. Download DSS (Step 5) and transfer it the infected computer

I would recommend that you go here; read and follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, to here. (Just click on the coloured links.)

Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.
