Links in IE not active

when i get an e-mail some links are not active. The links in plain english usually are not active. Example I get an add from Epson almost everry day. I would like to quit but, it says to click here to quit. There is nothing there to click on. My wife has a computer in the same network and her machine gets the links. If she sends it to me on my machine the links don't work. any help?

Re: Links in IE not active

what email client are you using?

you should be able to copy and paste the link into your address bar. check your settings and see if you have html turned on for your emails.

I don't know what you mean by e-mail client. I has DSL with Windstream. I am usin Internet explorer. Also where do I turn HTML on? I have gone through all the options with my e-mail program and there is no reference to HTML.
