Mistake Crazy Multimedia/ Flash Problems... :s

I currently use a Dsl router and usually it's Internet speed is fast and efficient. The last couple of days though i have had ongoing problems with multimedia online.

Its weird because web pages seem to still open up fast enough, and the internet isn't slow, but the downloading and buffering of multimedia, such as you-tube video's & bebo video's, Imeem songs etc. Is extremtly slow....Its unbearable!!

About a week ago...an average 4 minute video off youtube would take around 30seconds...at most. Earlier it took 15minutes.

I thought it may be becuase of busy network time...but i've been on morning, afternoon & 3am......still the same...really slow!

I have tried re-installing both Java Sun & Adobe Flash Player, Plus updates Internet exloper & Media Player....but with no improvment!

Any ideas what the problem may be? All advice and suggestions would be greatly appreiciated.
Thanks Sean Baker
