[SOLVED] Make Internet Explorer the Default browsers

I have IE 7.0.5730.11 and when I use another browser, it always asks me if I want to make it my default browser. I often say yes while I am using the other browser. Yet if I select IE again it does not ask me if I want to make it my default browser so the other browser remains my default browser, but I like to use IE most of the time. But now I cannot get it back to be my default browser. How do I do that?

Re: Make Internet Explorer the Default browsers

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Programs Tab -> Click on Set as Default

Also, IMHO, Firefox, Opera, and etc. are faster more secure browsers then IE7. There are many security issues with it and it is a slow browser. I would recommend switching, but it is only a recommendation

Re: Make Internet Explorer the Default browsers

I use Opera most of the time, I was using FoxFire when suddenly developed security problems, went to Opera and some have reported security problems with it also. I only need IE when I go to HP or Microsoft might be another site that requires IE but at the Moment I cannot think of one. Thanks. I will hold with Opera.
