Any one know anything about ErrorGuard?

Hello Group,

I am new to the site and had a quick question for the folks out there. I am running XP with Norton 2004 and ErrorGuard popped up on my screen today. Its desktop icon is a Swiss Flag shield. I was not aware that I downloaded this program and am not sure of it. Any suggestions?

I'm a new user too but if you go under the search button in the tool bar and type in errorguard...you will find some posts for problems with errorguard that will point you in the right direction. If that fails, go to the Security forum and repost your question there. I never had to deal with errorguard so I'm not much help there.

ErrorGuard is rogueware and we highly recommend that you uninstall it. Rogue/Suspect means that these products are of unknown, questionable, or dubious value as anti-spyware protection.
