Stuck news feed?
My windows xp machine apparently has a stuck news feed. I have uninstalled IE 7, deleted cookies, etc.
I am now running IE6 and I still seem to have this stuck newsfeed. The feed is this: www.youtube.com/rss/global/top_rated.rss The reason I know this is because is trips the firewall. I monitor the firewall for other traffic from users in our network for inappropriate sites. But the largest hit is coming from my machine with this apparent newsfeed. I leave this machine running 24/7 to monitor switches, firewall and other hardware. Can someone tell me another place to turn this off. BTW: I do not use newsfeeds. Thanks |
