Unable to access manage add-ons in IE

Some how add-ons were disabled on my laptop for IE and now I can't enable them. When I pull up the list of add-ons that are enabled all of them are but still when I attempt to use IE it says it's running without add-ons. When I go to tools and manage add-ons it won't let me select it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Re: Unable to access manage add-ons in IE

Hi, I also cannot manage add ons. When I tab on "tools", the "manage add on" button does not have an "enable" option. I copied and pasted in the run box as you suggested above, no help as it only took me to the google start page with tools disabled. I am trying to activate a virtual tour of a room on a web sight. I get a white screen with the red X on upper left instead of the film. Also on the quick launch section I get an icon of the tool wheel with a red circle and bar over it telling me add ons are disabeled. When I enter the manage add on box, there is no button to select to activate add ons. Hope you can help Thanks, T Z

Re: Unable to access manage add-ons in IE

To resolve your issue , Open the internet explorer , then go to Tools > internet options > Programs > and click on " manage add ons " and try to Enable them .
If you are getting the same issue try to reset the internet explorer go to the Tools > Internet options > Advance and click on reset buton .
