problem with search engine?

hiyaa guys, im having a weird problem and im not sure what's the cause of it. just a few minutes ago i went to google.com to search some information, so then the results page comes up, i click on one of the links then suddenly the page changes to a random website? so then i click back then re click the link again and it changes to another random website? after a few tries it eventually goes to the right website. so i thought there was something wrong with just the google search engine but i tried using altavista and yahoo aswell and it seems to have the same result.

so does anyone have an idea on what's happening? is it a virus of some sort? everything was fine earlier this afternoon but just a few minutes ago it started going all weird. it seems to happen to any word i type and to any link i click on.

much appreciation if someone could help ;____;

Re: problem with search engine?

Hello acareus

To me this sounds like you have a Malware infection...

I would recommend that you go here; read and follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, to here. (Just click on the coloured links.)

Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.

Good luck

Please also remember DO NOT post your logs in this thread, please start a new thread here. (Just click on the coloured link.) and post the logs.

Kind regards,
Go The Power
