Help,Problem with hotmail

I have a problem with hotmail
when I want to edit my personal information from the option after I click on the choice " View and edit your personal information " the page reloaded many time without open the page.

May someone help?

Have you tried a different browser?

If you are using Internet Explorer try Mozille Firefox ETC.

I want to slolve this problem on the Internet Explorer

Nader, I can see why IAmNutsAboutPCs asked that question, I would have aswell, it is alot easier to narrow down the problem, if the problem is still happening within Firefox it means there is a problem elsewhere on the PC, if it works fine with Firefox it means there is a problem with IE.

So please try Firefox.

What Firewall and antivirus do you have?

Also try this:

Open up Internet Explore, click Tools, Internet Options, click on the tab Security and underneath 'Security Level for this Zone' put it on Medium.
Then click on the tab Privacy and under 'settings' put it on Medium. Click Apply then Ok.

I tried firefox and same problem happend with me
and I try the internet option... and nothing change the problem is still exist.

Yes your firewall might be set too strong.

NOD32 isnt a firewall. Do you have Zone alarm, comodo something like that?
