Form not displaying properly in IE6.0

I am having a problem getting a single formsto render fully all the time this only seems to occur in Internet Explorer. I have loaded the page in firefox and safari and have no problems with the pages.

The site in question is: www.cowell-norford.co.uk - the Free valuation form http://www.cowell-norford.co.uk/site/free-valuation
intermittently displays only half the page. I can replicate this by clicking on the top menu image or on the side bar menu. If the refresh button is click the full page displays.

I have cleared the temporary internet files in the cache and the history to no avail.

Apols if this is a pretty basic query - I just really dont know why it doesnt appear properly all the time.

Any suggestions / help would be gratefully received.
