Re: Error in google

This could be s few things first try this..

Firstly Download IE7 again

Then uninstall IE, restart your computer, then install the new copy of IE7.

Post back to see if that works.

Re: Error in google

I tried uninstalling IE7 and installing new copy of IE7.. no luck :(
now I have again uninstalled IE7 & and currently IE6 is there on my laptop. I don't know if there is a virus or something, i have updated mcfee and I also regularly scan my computer, but still google keeps shutting down , but all other websites work. Another new thing i noticed is that when i start google, some other unwanted websites open on its own and when i try closing it, the machine hangs. Also now my winamp and media player has got corrupted.. don't know whats happening..

Re: Error in google

hello again

My first thoughts when I read this thread, is that it was a virus.... Now i am pretty sure that it is after you saying unwanted websites open....

I would recommend that you go here; read and follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, to here. (Just click on the coloured links.)

Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.

Good luck

Please also remember DO NOT post your logs in this thread, please start a new thread here. (Just click on the coloured link.) and post the logs.

Kind regards.
