IE Process
Hi, I'm new to these forums, and I'm no computer genius.
I recently accidentally ended my Internet Explorer Process and now, whenever I use Internet Explorer or Firefox or any other type of Internet, it comes out as "The Page could not be Found." Does anyone know how I can start the process up again?

Re: IE Process
Hello and welcome to TSF
![]() Was there any other process that you ended? I dont think that ending the IE process would cause this problem, because when you start up internet explore it should appear again. You could try this though: On the keyboard press Crtl + Alt + Del, click on the tab Applications, then on New task and type in IExplore.exe and press ok. |

Re: IE Process
Thanks but it didn't work, I got the "The Page cannot be Displayed" Error.
![]() EDIT: I don't think this information will help but I'm using proxies for now because without them, I can't get onto the internet at all, but now maybe you're asking, Just keep on using proxies, I was going to until I figured I can't play any online games or anything. When I turn off proxies, the internet/firefox goes with it. Last edited by NoExpert; 08-05-2007 at 11:18 AM. |
