Manage add-ons

I am running Win XP 2 and IE 7. tried to download a PDF file and got error mesage that I needed to add Adobe ad-on to browser. I enabled the Adobe active-X on the browser, but it did not help. I don't know what to try next.

Have you got adobe reader installed on your computer?

Yes, I have adobe reader installed and it has worked fine in the past. This problem just developed. Buddy
