Question Add-Ons Disabled

...and everything I read says to go to tools/manage add-ons, but my manage add-ons is greyed out . I reset to default hoping that would change it but still the same. TIA for any help.

I found this site http://forums.microsoft.com/technet/...=715&siteid=17 and it seems others have had the same problem. If you scroll down to the 10th post you will see the answer on how to rectify your problem.

Re: Add-Ons Disabled

Thank you so much. I will save the link. I finally did another system restore further back and that took care of it. I pretty much use Firefox except for work, but this was driving me crazy. Thanks again.
