Can't open email attachments
Hi,
If I download emails with attachments from Compuserve in Outlook Express 6 (running Win98SE), when I click the paperclip icon the filename and "Save Attachments" entries are greyed out and I can't view them. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for helping, David |

Hello David and welcome to TSF
 Open up outlook express: Click Tools >>Options When the box appears click on the tab Security, and look underneath Virus protection, and untick the box that says "Do not allow attachments to be saved to my computer", try this and see if it works.
