[RESOLVED] numerous problems

Hello I am new to this site and would like some help with my problem. My computer seems to be slow at times and also freezes up on accasions. Also I can go into a webb page and it will not let me enter. When I click onto it nothing happens. This happens on occasions. I do not have a lot of experience on the computer so please don't be too techinal. Thank you

Hello and Welcome to TSF

What version of IE are you using? Is the system up-to-date with windows updates?
Do you run regular anti-spyware scans?
Any pattern as to when it freezes?
