Neverending IE weirdness

Hihi,

This is the first time i wasnt able to identify my problem, i ve looked almost everywhere but no one had my problems before. My problems started a week ago some adult popups would popup during the day, and then it became more frequent, now the problem evolved a popup called www.Systemdoctor.com opens up and tell me to do a freescan and download a software blah blah blah.... And last night when i turned on my computer i couldnt sign in to MSN messenger, it said that i have to change the settings in Internet Explorer's file menu from "WORKING OFFLINE" to "ONLINE"...when i try to open Internet Explorer, it opens up and crashes at the same time. Firefox works with no problems. But i can feel there is something dirty in my computer and i would like to kick it out. Dont know how many ppl are telling their problems to you guys to solve so i dont know the wait time understanding and patience i guess... But yell at me some times, so i know im not forgotten, thanks in advance. Please guide me if i have to post a HJT log to the HJT Log section of the forum. Thanks in advance.
