can't browse the web
I was clearing my laptop from viruses in safe mode. And I think that I could have deleted a file that has to deal with IE6. It works for a bit when I turn on my laptop, but then suddenly says "Cannot find server". Everything that is internet related works on my laptop like AIM or Ventrilo, but when it comes to surfing the net it doesn't work. My friend also sent me a version of Mozilla Firefox and it also doesn't work. Whenever I do try to access IE it doesn't work and when I close it, it comes up with a pop up error saying
"iexplore.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x6600accc" referenced memory at "0x6600accc". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program" Then a click button "OK" is visible. It would really help if someone can help me with this problem. I think this is basically a bug with my laptop. So I will post another of this thread in another Forum. Thanks for anyone's help. |
