iexplore.exe keep reappearing!

I've been having some problems with iexplore.exe.

In the windows task manager, it appears twice (I don't use it, I use Firefox). When I try to shut down the processes, they reappear. So I went to the source, and tried to delete iexplore.exe from ie's dir in program files, but it just reappears.

How can I get rid of this bloody file? Here's my HJT log:

Re: iexplore.exe keep reappearing!

This is very common in Vista. If you are using Vista go to the internet explorer "add-ons" and if you only use firefox, just disable all the addons and it should go away.

Re: iexplore.exe keep reappearing!

I'm not using Vista, I'm using SP2. I tried disabling all add-ons in internet explorer, and the problem still remains.
