Can't browse

I have dsl, and i keep getting a page cannot be displayed. I tried the at&t yahoo sef support tool which usaually fixes any problems, but not this one. I ran the xp diagnostics and it didn't work either, but it did have error 0x80072745 as the problem. I have tried to lokk that error could and can't find it. Does anyone know what it means?

Software caused connection abort.

An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine, possibly due to a data transmission timeout or protocol error.
