I dont want to group my ie windows

Hi guys. Everytime i have between 4 - 5 ie windows they all form one group next to the start button. This gets to be pretty annoying for me. If i right click on the window i just get the options cascade, tile horizontally, tile vertically, minimize group and clse group. I just want a bunch of small windows rather than one grouped window. I hope someone can help. Oh ya and i have ie 6 if that helps. Ok thanks in advance.

I've got mine set on 6. Any more than 6 windows opened is when they group.
