IE 7 - Page Opening Problem

Hi, Im sometimes having problems with IE 7 when opening webpages. It says Page can not be veiwed I still have the problem when i have just reset my broadband, Compter even when no other programs are open.

Websites like google, Tesch SUpport Forum, Download.Com and many others that are common by people.

Is this just my internet being a funny git or what?

do the websites load when you temporarily disable your firewall?
