IE has encountered an error and needs to close
I receive this error message mainly when uploading / downloading files on the internet (mostly email). However this is occuring on a reguler basis when I am not doing these activities. My brother used to use Limewire in the past and think it may be a virus, here's what I've attempted already.
1) The IE help page says to download an updated version of PDM.dll (did not work) 2) Downloaded and installed Registry Mechanic, cleaned up "IE" junk... I have Norton antivirus, and WebRoot Spy Sweeper any thoughts? Thanks everybody, I am new to the site and hope to stay apart of the forums. |
