Win XP OS is restarting while downloading any web content.

Hi,
Since morning i have been facing a problem of OS restart automatically whenever I download web content..
to be precise, i was able to click save option on the download popup..its downloading for few seconds and automatically sys is restarting..

my system details:
LG Laptop,
Win XP Pro, ver 2002, serv pack 2
248 RAM
60 GB hdd

Need urgent help.. i have just tried purposely to identify anything from event viewr.. but could'nt see any error logged in there.
