IE 7 uninstall

Any help on uninstalling IE7 will be greatly appreciated- I followed the thread on installing IE7 which seemed similar to my problem. Now I just want to get rid of IE7. In my case it will not install or uninstall. messages I get when unistalling are:I have already exhausted all regular threads from microsoft et al- no solve!

Cannot copy ieeula.chm
Cannot copy iesupp.chm
Cannot copy iexplore.chm
Cannot copy html.iel
and "file mshtml.dll000 on windows service pack uninstall directory is needed"
